Usually I never just link to other people's IT stories, but this one (a better version of the current TheDailyWTF) is just too instructive and worth reading. Collecting software disaster stories is fun and sadly way too easy.
I might need to add a new software project disaster type: Crap On A Stick. I'll have to think about it a bit before writing anything.
